Local Delivery
All orders include local delivery by courier. Delivery takes between two to three working days (weekends and public holidays excluded) if the item is in stock.
The client will receive the tracking details one the day that the item is shipped, at which point the client will be able to track it on the couriers website.
All orders will be meticulously wrapped to prevent damage. Please unbox with care. If by some chance the piece is damaged on receipt, please contact us immediately.
International Delivery
Please contact us if you would like us to ship internationally. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination. Please be aware that you may be charged import duties and taxes when your purchase arrives in your country. Such fees will be for the client’s account.
Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will refund the full amount of the purchase price once the piece has been returned to us. For a refund the client needs to notify us within 24 hours of receiving their order if they wish to return it.
Any cleaning or repairs will incur a fee. It the piece is extensively damaged it will be returned to the customer at their own expense without a refund.
