
Refund Policy
Here at Morrisons we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase! If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will refund the full amount of the purchase price once the jewellery piece has been returned to us. For a refund the client needs to notify us within seven days of receiving their order if they wish to return it.
Any cleaning or repairs will incur a fee. It the piece is extensively damaged it will be returned to the customer at their own expense without a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the jewellery piece is purchased via Takealot, it will be shipped to you from Takealot as a Takealot order and Takealot’s terms and conditions of service will apply to the order. Please note Takealot does not accept the return of earrings. Please contact us directly in this regard.
Please note: Gift Card are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two to three of days of inspecting the returned jewellery piece.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@morrisons.co.za.
Sale items
Jewellery pieces that are on sale will be refunded if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please notify us within seven days of your purchase to receive a full refund or gift card to the value of your purchase.
If the jewellery piece was purchased with a gift card, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
Return Policy
Please contact us when you are ready to return the jewellery piece and we will provide a physical address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the jewellery piece. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning a jewellery piece please ensure that it is very well wrapped and protected inside a suitable cardboard box. Repairs due to any damage caused while shipping the piece back to us will be deducted from your refund. If the jewellery piece is extensively damaged during shipping because it was not sufficiently protected, no refund will be issued and the piece will be returned to you at your expense.
When returning a jewellery piece, consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. RAM Hand-to-hand Couriers accept gold and gemstone jewellery shipments. We highly recommend making use of their fast, effective and countrywide service to ensure the jewellery piece is safely returned. Theft of the jewellery piece while it is being returned will result in your refund not being paid.
